Established in 2024, The Marlowe Foundation emerged from the longstanding efforts of Team Marlowe, which was founded following the birth of Marlowe Roge in 2012 and her diagnosis of Down syndrome. Her parents, Steve and Laura Roge, dedicated themselves to advocacy and community engagement in support of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. After raising over $1 million and fostering more than a decade of impact, their initiative evolved into their own 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
