Niki is a proud mother of three who is passionate about raising a generation that views inclusivity as a fundamental way of life. Inspired by her niece, Marlowe, whose presence has profoundly enriched her family’s lives, she is dedicated to prioritizing inclusion in every pillar of life from education to housing to community activities and more. She believes that true progress starts with the words we use and the behaviors we model, and she is committed to working towards a future where every individual is met with dignity, respect and the opportunity they deserve.

Niki is excited to build on the momentum that Laura & Steve and all of Team Marlowe have accomplished during the past decade through advocacy, fundraising and event planning for the Marlowe Foundation. She has also been a dedicated member of the Sunapee Challenge cheer squad for the past two years and looks forward to many more.
