As Marlowe’s mom, Laura has taken the lead on everything from Advocacy to Inclusive activities to Special Olympics. But most importantly, Laura has spent countless hours prioritizing and advocating for the importance of individual learning and education needs for children with Down syndrome. Laura is committed to making change for people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities and to bring awareness to their abilities, potential and belonging. Her end goal is really to create a kinder world for the next generation where everyone knows what it means to have a friend.
